Quite a few Yale grads, myself included, have summer homes on Caspian Lake in Greensboro, VT – which is home to both the Hill Farmstead Brewery and Jasper Hill Cheese. We’d be happy to host a Northeast Kingdom beer-and-cheese party there for the club on a warm summer day, if you’d like.
